This Monday ask us to get some "Body Movement".

                                                                             

Our physical body has its own life and intelligence, and its part of the same elemental kingdom as fairies .Its both childlike cheerful and mature from inside. This card indicates you to take care of your body and honor its wisdom need of exercise and movement.  Sit in a quite place and ask your body what kind of movement is it asking to do. It may be yoga, cardiovascular exercise or dance. Listen to whatever your body responds and start following it .
